Data Deletion
You can ask ALMA ARM LLC («ԱԼՄԱ ԱՐՄ» ՍՊԸ), TIN 08334358, registration No. 999.110.1610949, 81/1 Manushyan St., Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Armenia to delete personal data related to your use of our games and apps at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”.
- Include the name of the game or app and, if available, your player ID (shown in the app settings) or the email address you used with us.
What happens next
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Game progress, purchases history and related identifiers are deleted or anonymised. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example accounting records of transactions.
Data held by other providers
App stores, advertising and analytics partners may hold data as independent controllers. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings and contact these providers directly.
