This Privacy Policy explains how ALMA ARM LLC («ԱԼՄԱ ԱՐՄ» ՍՊԸ), TIN 08334358, registration No. 999.110.1610949, 81/1 Manushyan St., Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Armenia (“Alma Arm”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit alma-arm.com, contact us, or use games and apps published by us (together, the “Services”). A specific app may have additional terms, which will be shown in that app.
1. Who is responsible for your data
ALMA ARM LLC is the controller of personal data processed through the Services. Contact: [email protected].
2. Data we collect
- Data you give us: name, email address and the content of your messages when you contact us or request support.
- Device and usage data in our games and apps: device model, operating system, language, country (derived from IP address), app version, advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID, where permitted), in-app events, session length and crash reports.
- Purchase data: the store (Apple App Store or Google Play) processes payments. We receive a transaction confirmation and the purchased item, but not your card details.
- Website data: our web server keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.
3. How we use data and legal grounds
- To provide and operate the Services, including saving progress and delivering purchases — performance of a contract.
- To answer your requests and provide support — performance of a contract or our legitimate interest.
- To fix bugs, measure performance and improve the Services — legitimate interest.
- To show advertising in free games and apps, including personalised advertising where you have agreed to it — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations — legitimate interest and legal obligation.
4. Third-party services
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers, such as app stores (Apple, Google), analytics and crash-reporting services, advertising networks and mediation platforms, hosting and email providers. The list of providers used in a particular app is available in that app’s store listing or on request. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside Armenia, including in the European Union and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: support correspondence for up to 3 years, server logs for up to 90 days, and game and app data while your installation or account is active, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting records).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data” and the EU GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data, and withdraw consent. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings: “Allow Apps to Request to Track” on iOS and “Delete advertising ID” on Android.
8. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page or in our apps.
