Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases in games and apps published by ALMA ARM LLC («ԱԼՄԱ ԱՐՄ» ՍՊԸ), TIN 08334358, registration No. 999.110.1610949, 81/1 Manushyan St., Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Armenia and to services ordered from us directly.
1. In-app purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by the store under its rules:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
If a purchased item was not delivered or does not work, email us with the order number and we will restore it or help you request a refund.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time in your store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Development services
Refunds for development and other services ordered under a contract follow the terms of that contract. If the contract says nothing, prepaid amounts for work not yet started are refunded within 14 days of a written request.
