Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of alma-arm.com and games and apps published by ALMA ARM LLC («ԱԼՄԱ ԱՐՄ» ՍՊԸ), TIN 08334358, registration No. 999.110.1610949, 81/1 Manushyan St., Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Armenia (“Alma Arm”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Services and eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or use the Services with the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our games and apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted remain with Alma Arm and its licensors.
3. Virtual items
Games may offer virtual currency and items. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold, to you. Purchases are processed by the app store and are subject to its terms and our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, use bots or exploit bugs.
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Services, except where the law allows.
- Do not interfere with the Services, other users or our systems.
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including code, graphics, sound, text and trademarks, belong to Alma Arm or its licensors and are protected by law.
6. Third-party services
The Services may contain advertising and links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alma Arm is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Changes and termination
We may change or stop the Services or update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Yerevan, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
